Your Gym Induction
Once you become a member Serena will book you in for your Gym Induction.
The aim of your gym induction is to minimise any nerves you may have about coming into the gym for the first time.
You will sit down and have a quick chat with one of them so that they can establish your goals, your training experience and what you are looking to achieve.
They will then show you how to use all of the gym equipment and get you to perform some movement screening exercises (that absolutely anybody can do).
Once the session is over they will book you in for your first of three PT Sessions.
Your Individualised Training Plan
Based on the results of your movement screening, your fitness goals and your training experience - Serena will create you an individualised Training plan that will help you achieve your goals.
In your first PT session Serena will take your through your individualised training plan.
Your 3 PT Sessions
After your gym induction Serena or Kenya will book you in for your first of three PT sessions.
During this session they will show you exactly how to do your training plan.
They will teach you all of the exercises and make sure you are confident performing them.
In your second and third PT session Serena or Kenya will ensure that you are happy and confident with your training plan.
The aim of these three sessions is to teach you how to make the most of your visits to the gym so that you can achieve your fitness goals.
It is also designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to come into the gym and follow your training plan.
Your Nutrition Guidelines
We all know that exercising is only half the battle when it comes to achieving your fitness goals.
You also have to control what you put in your mouth.
You can't out-train a bad diet.
To help with this we provide all of our Members with FREE Nutrition Guidelines Book that explains what you should be focusing on when it comes to eating healthier.
